Meet Your Hosts

When Licia and Mark visited Cape May on their first vacation together, Licia said she dreamed of having a home in the area. Mark ducked into a shop and surprised Licia with a handmade wooden mermaid, promising that they would one day trade sunsets over the Hudson River for sunsets over the Delaware Bay.


More than a decade later, they sold their apartment and jumped at the opportunity to own a gorgeous cottage that would soon become Good Vibrations by the Bay. The dream had come true. They traded sunsets and couldn’t be happier.

A Note from Licia and Mark

We always knew this beautiful beach house would be a vacation rental property, but we wanted it to feel like home – not just for us, but for you. We wanted to create living spaces and a backyard oasis where you could spend the entire day and still feel like you’re on vacation.


Every design choice, every furnishing, every piece of artwork, and every amenity make us say, “This is where we want to be. This feels like home.” We hope Good Vibrations by the Bay gives you the same feeling.
