Rates and Availability

We offer 7-night stays, Saturday to Saturday, from May 30 to August 29, 2026. The summer weekly rate is $5495 with no additional fees or tax.


For all remaining dates, we offer 2-night minimum stays at the rate displayed on the calendar, plus a cleaning fee of $410. Book a 7-night stay and we’ll waive the cleaning fee!


Displayed rates do not include a refundable security deposit of $550, which will be returned within 7 days of checkout after we have confirmed that there is no damage to the property.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. The balconies are a great place to sip your morning coffee or have a cocktail in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is only a couple blocks away. We had a great time!

The house is gorgeous and the neighborhood is very quiet. The backyard was my favorite place to relax. It was great to get away from the crowds of WW but close enough to enjoy WW when we wanted to.

Love the floors, lighting, kitchen, bedrooms and backyard. The house is very spacious! Love the room above the garage too. I love all the small details in the home, the special lights, games, gold trim, floor mats, picture frames. So much to do at the house and in nearby areas!

Reservation Request

50% deposit due at booking. 50% balance due 60 days before check in. Maximum 11 guests, including children and infants. No air mattresses or sleeping bags. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking of any substance or vaping.
